Vinylux Manicure/Pedicure

Manicure Treatment

I begin this treatment by filing your nails and carrying out cuticle work to leave a nice, clean shape to your nail. Using a fine exfoliant I then massage your hands to remove dead skin cells paying particular detail to dry areas. I remove this with hot mitts.

Using professional CND Vinylux polish, which dries in just eight and a half minutes, I paint your nails from a large range of over 80 colours. I then massage your hands and forearms ensuring your polish is fully dry meaning no more smudged nails before you even get home!

Please note – I only work with CND Shellac and Vinylux systems so I can not remove other nail technicians gels / acrylics etc.

Benefits of Manicures

Spa manicures can;

  • Rehydrate the skin
  • Remove dead skin cells and improve the appearance of the hands
  • Improve circulation to the hands
  • Help strengthen nails

Pedicure Treatment

I place your feet in a luxury foot spa leaving you to relax whilst your consultation form is filled in. I then shape the nails and carry out cuticle work leaving a clean shape to your nails.  Hard skin is also filed.  The feet are then massaged with a fine exfoliant which is removed with hot towels.

Using professional CND Vinylux polish, which dries in just eight and a half minutes, I paint your nails from a large range of over 80 colours.  I then massage your feet and lower leg to ease aching muscles and ensuring your polish is fully dry meaning no more smudged nails before you even get home!

I'm really benefiting from being a member of Association of Reflexologists as it provides information about lots of courses for my continued professional development.

I'm excited to begin a 20 week course about Common Health Conditions with Bridgewater and Taunton College. This covers arthritis, strokes, Parkinson's, dementia and sensory loss.

I'm also really looking forward to a weekend course in March with Sally Earlam where I'll be updating my reflexology skills in relation to pregnancy.

Looks like I've got a busy year ahead :)
