Aromatherapy

Treatment

Aromatherapy massage uses essential oils to help balance, harmonise and promote your health and well-being.  It goes beyond aroma as each essential oil has individual properties so, when combined with massage, gives a versatile and relaxing treatment that can improve emotional, physical and spiritual needs.

After a full consultation I will blend essential oils with your needs in mind. This might be to help with relaxation, relieve stress or invigorate. You will have a chance to see if you like the aroma of the blend and it can be changed if necessary.

I’ve been a qualified aromatherapist for many years and uses essential oils to enhance all the holistic therapies that I carry out.

I'm really benefiting from being a member of Association of Reflexologists as it provides information about lots of courses for my continued professional development.

I'm excited to begin a 20 week course about Common Health Conditions with Bridgewater and Taunton College. This covers arthritis, strokes, Parkinson's, dementia and sensory loss.

I'm also really looking forward to a weekend course in March with Sally Earlam where I'll be updating my reflexology skills in relation to pregnancy.

Looks like I've got a busy year ahead :)
